It’s February, which means it’s time to show love—for your heart, I mean. If you were a part of the Heart Health Initiative this time last year, you probably remember that we launched the first ever Global Heart Health Month. The idea? Spend the entire month of February focusing on the heart, not just in the U.S., but around the world.
This year, I’d like to extend the idea. To celebrate Global Heart Health Month, I challenge you to do somethingevery single day for the entire month of February to support the heart.
I know people lead busy lives. But really, supporting heart health is as easy as walking up a flight of stairs once a day. So, my team and I put together 28 challenges that you can do every day throughout the month of February. Most of these challenges don’t require preplanning, but rather making a choice each day to support heart health. To help keep you motivated, I’ve also put together six giveaways.
