Oranges offer numerous health and beauty benefits. Oranges are low in calories and have a wealth of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B-6, calcium, potassium, and more. Eating one orange a day may provide up to double of your daily vitamin C needs. Because of their high vitamin C content oranges can also give your immune system a boost.
